Rough ideas are welcome. So is “I don't know if this is even possible.” That question is usually free to answer.

A reply from a person: Usually within a working day. Not an autoresponder, not a sales sequence.
An honest read: If it's not something I should build — wrong fit, wrong budget, or it already exists off the shelf — I'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
No pressure and no pipeline: Your address is used to answer you. It doesn't go into a mailing list, because there isn't one.
